I just installed this, so I haven't played with it that much, but I have to say, absolutely A+++ customer service! I'm not great at doing back end stuff, but from the email I sent in to the help desk at 7am, I have everything I need set up FOR ME by 3pm the same day. Cameron has been absolutely incredible, and I think this app is going to serve me super well!

Really easy to use. Been using alternatives in the past but I'm changing all my stores so Seguno now. Way easier to use and still powerful tools when needed.
It's easy to translate the templates to other language, i sell in another language and that was of great help.

I was a bit stressed about my email marketing tasks as I got ready to launch my store, but I stumbled upon this easy to use APP that performs much like theme editor in Shopify. I decided to download Seguno after MailChimp stoped working with Shopify in may. I am now incredible happy that MailChimp is no longer integrated with Shopify, so that I had to find new options! Seguno is so incredible intuitive and time saving for my small business. I can now create and handle all my emails inn the Shopify app (or online directly in Shopify). Finally i found an email app that is easy. It has the exact same functions as shopify so i know exactly how to navigate it. Super helpful, i'd happily pay the $10 a month
