I installed the application, paid the money and have been waiting for a day for the support service to approve it. Without this, the application does not work !!!! The support service does not answer for 24 hours !!! Maybe they'll react to this review or I'll uninstall the app now!

I've been looking for 2 days for an email program to do exactly what I need it to do for my lead magnets. I don't run your typical e-commerce site so sometimes I have to think outside the box. Seguno was the only email marketing program that delivered 100% for what I need and the Canva connection is positively brilliant and makes it so easy. Customer service was great, speedy, and very helpful. Definitely 5 stars from Design Boss Academy!

It's a good alternative to Mailchimp since it's readily available in the interface. For beginners it's a great tool, but has some limitations for those that are used to a more robust tool. It's superb for setting up a quick email, integrating products, and looking professional on a smaller budget. However, things such as name tags (inability to include), true reporting (inability to view click reporting, open rates, compare/contrast emails, subject line. A/B testing, etc), custom templates (inability to add your own HTML/CSS templates), etc. are lacking. I'm hopeful they'll come up with more reporting and customization as they continue to grow. Customer support is always very helpful.

First impressions on this app are amazing. So easy to set up and use! I have used sending blue and mail chimp in the past but this is so much faster to send emails from within the Shopify platform! I just wish it wasn't so expensive for my subscribers with are over 3000

This is exactly what i have been looking for. Fully integrated with Shopify makes it so much easier to use and understand my email campaigns. The automation options are simple yet perfect for what i need.

As a small one man shop creating hand-made leather goods, automated responses and newsletters etc have proven indispensable and invaluable tools to growing my client base and therefore brand.
For one such as myself who is not versed in computerese I have found the app intuitive and easy to use.

Really like this Seguno’s easy integration with Shopify and ease of use. Easy transition from MC with no glitches. Customer service is absolutely awesome! Would like more customizations, i.e., uploading our photos, ability to customize the templates, animation.

it is not very flexible if/when you want to add specific products for special collections.
And it should have different layouts for us to choose - like 3 products in a row, or some different layouts to choose from
Your feedback here is appreciated. You can play around with the number of products in a row (1-4) already but we do understand there are some customization limitations at this time. We are hoping to expand this even further as time goes on. Thanks for your review!

Awesome I am so in love with how easy it is to use. The fact that it is inside of Shopify makes if time efficient for me to get my emails done
