This is an incredible resource for small business owners who are looking to streamline their CRM/Marketing efforts while spending less time creating customer communication. I have really enjoyed this app. Removed it to find a cheaper app but none of them come close to the features this one has. Conveniently inside Shopify is a key feature every email marketing app should have if it’s built for Shopify. So far this seems to be the only one. The price is my issue for smaller businesses building their lists.

Although I'm still on a trial for Seguno Email, I do plan to continue using it for the foreseeable future, as I grow my ecommerce store. Support has been excellent (shoutouts to Josh especially - he's a customer service beast) and the features of the app are pretty straight forward and very robust. I love the Canva integration - makes things really simple! One feature I particular love is the personalized discount code generator. Hooks up very simply to Shopify discounts and I think it's a very small and personal gesture that customers appreciate. Thanks for everything, Seguno Email team!

Hello there. I'm sorry for any confusion about billing. We have sent multiple messages trying to get in touch with you to inform you that you were never charged. When your free trial expired, you simply lost access to the app but were never billed. Please reach out to help@seguno.com so that we can reset your free trial for another 10-days and answer any further questions you may have.
Very smooth and stable to work with. Nice looking templates and well thought utilities and automations.
I've been using Serguno Email since 2019, publishing a newsletter every week. I find that it a very easy and simple tool to use use. It has great features and great support.
