The team at UpperCommerce has been extremely helpful in modifying the tool to meet the needs of our shop. The functionality is great, only thing that is missing is an email notification for their WillDesk LiveChat tool.

I don't usually put reviews. But, these are so amazing that i felt bad if i did not give them a 5 star review. There are at a beginning phase and they have so much potentials.
