I have recently started using live chat software called WILLDESK. I have to say that it is by far the best Shopify chat application I have ever used. It is straightforward to use and very user-friendly. You must install the app to Shopify, and you can start typing your message with your customers. Customers can just paste or upload images and videos up to 30 MB!!
