Support is awesome and the app is great and really simple to set up - At first the widget icon was terribly slow to load on the website but they fixed it in no time - Nice going team!!

Works perfectly and efficiently. User friendly and I love the fact that there are pre-made answers. The customer service is great and very helpful, I appreciate the fact that they upgrade my plan to Pro with no charge at all.
