This app can perfectly meet my needs, it help my business a lot by opening a live chat window to every customer , and the service staff are very nice and patient. Very good!

I used the Willdesk FAQ app to assist me on how to establish my FAQ margin on my footer menu, and there was a lady name Nona who has done an outstanding job with assisting me on how to solve some difficult problems . Her customer service was very genuine and helpful. I am looking forward to work with her again!

I am rating the Free version.
for most this a superb version to get going with, if your maxing out the free version well thats a good thing to then go beyond. It only lacked one minor feature i was asked to do and would want myself.
i contacted support via there own chat tool got instant support and feedback on the item i was wishing for be added to the app. For now my request/inquiry was not possible/available but was good enough to send on to devs to consider, if support sees that , well thats a 5 star from me. Support understanding something so good and sending back to team is good to hear.

Acabo de descargar la aplicación y Molly me ha ayudado a responder mis preguntas, a resolver dudas y a mejorar el plan. Por ahora todo perfecto. The customer service agent was great and helped me with a lot of issues, which is a good thing for us!
Without her help, you'd have to spend time researching a lot of things, but she'll show you the features and settings of this plugin, which is great!
