So far so good. It's customizable and it has everything I need. Also they have an app I use to chat with visitors via iphone. Thank you!

The customer service is persistent and replies in a timely manner. They have helped me with several questions in setting up the chat. Overall, the app provides a variety of design functions and does not give any glitch errors within my website.
