We're so glad to have found this app. It has all features essential for a chat/help widget. The dashboard is easy to use, set up was fast, and the widget can be neatly positioned on desktop or mobile so that it doesn't interfere with the design. Customer support has been very responsive to any questions we had. Looking forward to the upcoming IG integration! Still working great 2 months into use.

Great app and customer service ! It helps a lot to be able to integrate multiple stores, it just lacks the integration of email from other services than GMAIL or Zoho!

Awesome app so far, really helpfull support as well ('Jade' is an awesome help). Really easy to use, and you can change the colours and design quite easily.
