客服小姐姐特别细心耐心,会告诉我需不需要升级。帮助我去设置我的聊天页面,回复及时且准确,沟通效率很高,也很热情。
在我遇到remove band部分的时候,她也反复和我确认让我刷新页面,当时我以为是自己确认,后来才知道系统那边会自己进行确认,功能还是挺齐全的,很喜欢。
如果help的界面有更多的模板就好了,可能感觉就会更不一样了。体验感会更好,我相信。

Installed it today but so far it seems to me like the best option out there for a new small store like mine. I have a background in software as a service for customer service so I have insight in all the big players but most of them are just expensive and more interested in larger companies. I also looked into other apps on Shopify and the biggest problem with many of the smaller ones like Shopify inbox is the lack of overview. Time is money and to find an affordable option that makes the process of customer service manageable is worth a lot! I'm looking forward to see how this app will grow with the coming integrations!
