Customer service has been very responsive to my initial questions about widget settings, and integration has gone very quickly and smoothly.
I am currently enjoying setting up the FAQ options in the chat widget to help customers find their answers as quickly as possible.

Thank you :) Amazing customer service, they really care about you this is the right place for a livechat etc. Perfect for beginners setup easy aswell, they even upgrade you and it’s for free and has so many options available.

Easy to set up. When I had a question I got help very quickly. The FAQ and chat looks great and is customizable. I'm very pleased and recommend it.

I just started using it. I was using two different apps, one for WhatsApp and another one for Shopify inbox. Now the single app can do both works and in a much better way. The app is absolutely free at this time for 500 tickets per month.
