Great app, it has all basic help center and chat related items for a small business like me. Only thing I feel as missing is an android app to keep track of customer message, hope it is added in future.

Excellent service, always! They are so fast to respond with their tech support, I never feel alone or trapped. Needless to say, this widget app does everything it's supposed to, PLUS it looks sooooo good on my website (online store)!!! Eye appeal is buy appeal! ;-)
