i just download the apps, the sales is very nice and patients, the apps so far works good, although it's only can integrate with facebook messenger but not instagram. do hope more function will be come soon.

Specifically reviewing the FAQ functionality. Was working fine when I installed it and the app has undergone a major overhaul. Might work fine for other functions but FAQ is no longer managed within Shopify.

We are deeply sorry that you had a bad experience with our APP. FAQ has been upgraded to Willdesk and all the data of FAQ is moved to the Help Center of Willdesk. Beside the functions we support previously, there are more useful features added in Willdesk. You can also edit your FAQ questions in the Help Center. We will highly appreciate it if you could give us another chance.

It's a very good app, looks good as you can customise it freely to your branding and easy to use! Earlier, we did have little miscommunication but the customer service reached out and really nicely and sincerely explained everything and guide me further on how to use/ set up the app (and it's a SUNDAY today and they are still working!) so I really appreciate that a lot! I will be sticking with this live chat app for sure! Highly recommended!
