Very nice app, easy to use, helpful technicians, good for SEO ! Highly recommend as Google will show these in the search results.

Easy onboarding. Quick setup. Live Chat, Help Center, FAQ Page is a needed upgrade in customer service for our customers, and for any webshop. Pricing is unbeatable. The help center page that comes with the app looks very promising (it is automatically installed here: https://www.yourdomain.com/a/self-faq ). Positive: they offer language support for very many (most) languages. They have in the pipeline (that we will look forward to): Facebook integration (+ Instagram integration). App. Feature request: I hope they will add the search for product and product insert link with photo, that Shopify Inbox offers.

Haven't tried the app yet as we are still building the store, but the team provide free upgrade to pro version to let us try. thanks for that!

Great app, it has all basic help center and chat related items for a small business like me. Only thing I feel as missing is an android app to keep track of customer message, hope it is added in future.
