Excellent application but above all the best customer service I've seen! They are proactive to our requests and respond promptly! The developers are also very responsive to user requests for new features that are requested!

Setup is quite good. Ability to add predefined responses and ability to respond via whatsapp. It would be nice if the whatsapp messages were prefixed with "from :" or similar, as the messages just appear on my mobile at the moment
