Been trying out some different Chat Apps and I came across Willdesk. It had some handy some new features I wanted to try out such as order tracking.

I had a few initial questions and I jumped on the internal support Chat and Pia was so helpful at answering my questions and making sure I all my questions were answered. I look forward to using the App into the future.

The app is great to create a help center and live chat. And also to give the customer the fastest way to the answers of your FAQ's. I hope social media integration follows soon. The best part.. it's free, even the pro plan (for up to 1000 conversations).

So far I love it ,compared to other apps which charge money and do not offer examples and really good support!

It is very easy to use, and setup, free plan is also a lot of features. Live chat support is also very accommodating.
