their customer service was great and responsive. Was very patient and answered all of my questions also help in fixing my store chatbox.

Awesome App! Mia was really quick and helpful when I needed a question answered.
The only thing I would love added on this app is the see what the customers are opening up while on chat. That way I can help navigate customers to a purchase.

La aplicación es muy interesante porque te permite poder proporcionar inefable y necesaria información en tu tienda online para que los clientes puedan sentirse más unidos y familiares y así la tasa de conversión aumentar
