This app sent a random automated reply to one of our customers, even though we had disabled the chatbot and any AI agent. Too risky. Not recommended.

Support team is indeed quick and professional and they have an app for when you are out and about.

Shopify integration however is not great:
- the order panel in Willdesk only displays a few products from the customers order so need to view order in shopify to see all products.
- order panel in Willdesk does not display variants (sizes, colours etc.). So a lot of clicking back to Shopify for these details.
- shipping type (standard / express etc.) and shipping price paid not displayed in the Willdesk order panel so again, have to go back to Shopify for that.

The pricing is in our opinion a bit misleading. AI is mentioned everywhere in the app store page but you need to pay extra fees which are not disclosed on the app store page, so you might not find this out until after you have invested time evaluating the product.

We do not recommend Willdesk for apparel stores or Shopify merchants that have products with variants but is an ok option otherwise.

We started with willdesk and first introduced the FAQ function. None help me on a fast and professional way. We are happy with the FFAQ function and will soon start working to introduce the AI chat function. So far so good.

I am speechless at how incredibly happy I am with the Helpdesk app (and the helpdesk behind it) from Willdesk. The helpdesk guides me with so much patience and attention. The app itself is very nice. Both in the free version and in the basic version, you can go a long way as a small business in offering service to your customers. Perhaps when my business starts running, I can go for the more advanced version.

I miss one or two features (like the visitors log/ analytics ) that I would have liked to see, but perhaps it will be available in the future. Because what I have now, I find the most important and I have been looking for a long time.

So highly recommended for small businesses.
