Didn’t expect much at first, but this ended up being one of the most impactful tools we’ve added. Customers fixing their own orders = fewer tickets for us. Simple as that. The upsell flow is subtle but effective too.
Installed and uninstalled really fast. The app needs to have edit/cutoff restrictions based on tags, in order to fit complex workflows. Otherwise, plug and play. Later edit: updated to 5 stars. Let me know when you implement cutoff restrictions based on tags. :)

The support has been fantastic, and getting everything set up was incredibly smooth. We migrated from a different app, and honestly we’re now wondering why we didn’t make the switch soone.
