Very nice products and perfect customization options but terrible customer service, they answer once every 2-3 days, the customer support on their website see the chat but they simple do not care and they answer next day or even week.
The quality of ingredients used is unmatched. I love that there’s a wide range of products to add to my store. With certified clean ingredients and packaging. I can’t tell you how much it helps for a small business to be able to order small quantities without having to break the bank.
I can’t wait to see what next you have in store and for excited for this partnership.
The latest update takes away the manual re-sync of the products, resulting in less manual work to be done within Shopify. Takes care of the shipping profiles as well. The product grows and our shops too. Would be nice to be able to create bundles within selfnamed and those will be related to Shopify's product list.
