Sellbrite

We have been using Sellbrite for a year now. I have to say it has been an absolute time saver. We sell on multiple marketplaces and it makes tracking inventory simple and saves us valuable time from trying to manually keep up. We tried other multichannel software platforms that were very difficult to navigate and the costs were astronomically HIGH in price! Sellbrite's platform is simple and easy to use. If you use shopify now it is very much like the shopify format...Very Simple! The customer support is excellent! If you currently selling on multiple marketplaces this software is a must!! It will save you alot of time and grief. Highly Recommend!!

Sellbrite has been a godsend for us. When it comes to a multi-channel listing software they offer competitive pricing, great/fast support and a super slick UI. The product is continually improving and the team has been very open to feature requests. Give them a shot, you'll be impressed!

I have been using Sellbrite for a few weeks now and it is great! Inventory management was a huge problem for me. Overselling was problem and keeping track of all the items I have on all the channels was a very time consuming task. Now, all I have to do is input my inventory into Sellbrite and all of my products are taken care of on all the channels I have.

Sales also started soaring once I got Sellbrite. You honestly don't know how big of a problem inventory is until you try this. No more missed sales on your channels because it shows it is out of stock.

The staff is very helpful. They are always there to answer questions quickly. There is a Dashboard that gives a summary of your best selling items, most popular channel and sales break down.

Pricing is also very reasonable. Other Sales Management systems are up to twice the price, but they aren't near as user friendly or have even half of the features that Sellbrite does.

I would recommend this to anyone that is thinking about selling on more than 1 channel.

I cannot wait to see what new features Sellbrite comes up with.

I wish there were 10 stars to leave for this review. My only complaint is that I didn't know about Sellbrite sooner! For the past 2 years I used another very well known inventory management system. It was ridiculously slow and the design and format was an absolute nightmare to use. Worst of all, it consistently pushed inaccurate inventory to one of my sales channels, resulting in over-selling products and making unhappy customers. I just recently tried another very popular inventory management system but after 8 days of trying, I had yet to successfully import my inventory... I came across Sellbrite in the Shopify Apps section and decided to give it a try.

I am BLOWN AWAY by how FABULOUS Sellbrite is. I uploaded my inventory in minutes; granted, I had to spend quite a bit of time linking products between all of my sales channels, but now that they are all linked it is a breeze to work with. Any information I want about a product is just a click or two away, it is easy to find information, a breeze to make adjustments to product details or inventory, and it is F-A-S-T. It has already saved me HOURS of updating products compared to the old system I was using, and I'm only on day 4 or 5 of using Sellbrite. I can't recommend it enough.

The Sellbrite team is awesome; I haven't had to contact them for help yet, but they have contacted me several times to make sure I'm doing OK and offering to help if I have any questions. Amazingly great customer service. Thanking my lucky stars that I found Sellbrite!

I echo the sentiment of previous reviewers, five stars is not enough. The app itself is very good and delivers what it claims but the customer service is incredible. I have had several issues and both were resolved quickly and the Sellbrite team was quick to get back to me, polite, and very willing to explain exactly what happened.

I have thoroughly tested multiple software apps that claim the same as Sellbrite and initially I was concerned about the price but both the software and the customer service have removed my concern on the price because the ease of use will more than offset the costs.

Managing 10,000+ inventory items across multiple selling channels was a daily challenge and very time consuming. Sellbrite has eliminated the hassle of inventory management. Our inventory is imported into one place and Selbrite manages the rest.

The sales dashboard is awesome as we can see all our sales channels in once place and measure performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

I would recommend this to anyone who has to manage inventory in Shopify and this is a must have if you are selling on multiple sales channels.

The ability to take your Shopify inventory and push them seamlessly to other sales channels equals more revenue opportunity.

The team at Sellbrite is great and very responsive. We did not even wait for our free trial to expire to sign up - we were sold.

Shopify- what can I not say about it! There are many features that I have just loved since its launch. I love the clean, bright, user-friendly interface; the happy-to-help, knowledgeable staff; the ease of importing and exporting products to multi-channel selling platforms, such as Amazon, ebay, and Etsy and the affordability. But above all what I love most about Sellbrite, is that my business is growing right along with them. I totally recommend Sellbrite. If you are wanting to expand your exsiting ecommerce business to the next level, give them a call. This is an all around great app from an all around great company.
The user interface is the friendliest in the market, and the time saved is invaluable.
