Haven't had any issues for years, but when I did have one (of my own making) support was patient and thorough, even though we are on the Free Plan! Kudos.
Started out with the free plan, which does clearly start that each update is every 2 hours. Once we increased sales on Etsy, we needed to upgrade to the first tier paid plan, where the updates are every 15 minutes.
Support has been great, always happy to answer questions and are pleasant and polite! :)
App only allows 100 variants to be imported from Shopify, despite that limitation being lifted from Shopify itself months ago. Agents had no idea about this until we notified them, and first tried to argue that it wasn't their limitation... They "opened a ticket" and assured they'd update as the ticket progresses, but we have heard nothing from them other than when we reach out for updates.
Was told when we did our October check-in that they were about to roll out testing, and yet, still nothing. Several variants have been managed manually for months now. An absolute nightmare for our small team, and now we are having to shop around for an inventory manager that can actually manage our inventory... Very disappointed in what was once a decent service.
