It is a very good app for this price. Ofc, the UI could be better & the refresh of the data and it would be great if they could connect it with sellerboard.com -> that would be a game changer!

But I would recommend this app, since it saves us a lot of time + money compared to other overpriced solutions :)

Cost- esp ad spend doesnt sync. And rarely if it does, takes hours. Easier to vibe code your own P&L app.

I work with sellerboard now for several years for our amazon controlling and now extended it also for our shopify sales channel. Sellerboard is a crucial tool to determine your profits in ecommerce. Could not run my business without it. Very intuitive and powerful if you feed it with all required data!

I have been looking for an app like this for a long time. Using it for over 1 year, and it's the easiest way to have your business's numbers at hand. Great dashboard.
It may take a while to set up all the shipping rates, and it could be a bit more flexible on custom tax rates, etc., but I am quite happy with it. It got a bit more expensive recently, but so far, I don't know a better solution.
Good support as well.

Incredibly frustrating. I’ve been using this app for over two years, and it’s so close to being genuinely useful, but it’s riddled with bugs and inaccurate reporting.

Over the past two months, these issues have escalated significantly, with marketing costs from Meta being imported incorrectly, resulting in unreliable data.

I’ve spent countless hours trying to resolve this with their almost non-existent customer support. I’ve been dealing with someone named George, who repeatedly promised fixes but mainly responded with what appeared to be AI-generated replies.

Two months later, nothing has been fixed. This is one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had. The issues remain unresolved, and the app continues to deliver incorrect data, which is unacceptable for a business-critical tool.

If I had the choice again, I would not choose this app. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, since Sellerboard now holds over two years of our historical data, switching comes with a very high cost for us.
