I especially like the product explorer and the automation features, which save a lot of time. Customer support is responsive and helpful. I LOVE sell the trend- I knew nothing about drop shipping so the fact that I don't even have to go anywhere else & can add items to my store with a click is phenomenal!! & their market research tools are so easy to use / understand I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere - only been trying to do this for like 6 months LOL
