We have been working with SendCloud for over 5 years and were initially very satisfied. In the past, there was always a dedicated contact person, and any minor issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. However, things have drastically changed. Nowadays, it feels like there’s no one who truly knows your case or is available to help. The software struggles to keep up with Shopify updates, leading to recurring problems that they seem unable to fix. Support tickets are often ignored, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated. For the price they charge, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
I use SendCloud since seven months. While the app is relatively easy to use there are ongoing bugs which are not being resolved. Since months there are issues with Packstationen and Paketshops. They are either not available in the app (even so they definitely exist) or the they can be selected but then the app records an error. Annoying. The customer service is friendly but not very responsive or solution oriented. Typically you don't get a status update for longer term issues. All in all, good start but not happy anymore.
Deutsch: Grundsätzlich macht die App was sie soll, allerdings ist sie vom Aufbau und der Nutzung ein Albtraum.
Es dauert in der Regel 2-3 Minuten bis alle eingehenden Bestellungen geladen sind. Es fehlen Filter und die Möglichkeit zum Sortieren der Bestellungen von Alt>Neu.
Außerdem muss man Labels immer über die Sendcloud app erstellen. Warum nicht einfach direkt über Shopify in dem man Bestellungen auswählt und über weitere Aktionen -> (Sendcloud) Labels erstellen.
Alles in allem sollte man sich gut überlegen wie viel Geld man für diese App ausgeben möchte. Die Features wären da, aber die Umsetzung und extrem langsame Benutzung rechtfertigen einen maximalen monatlichen Preis von 30$. Immerhin kostet mich die App pro Erstellung von Labels 2-3 Minuten an Zeit. Wenn man das jetzt auch noch auf das Monat hochrechnet (x Gehalt der Mitarbeiter etc.) ...
Ich hoffe die App wird demnächst grundlegend überarbeitet, sonst müssen wir uns nach einer Alternative umsehen.
English: Basically, the app does what it is supposed to, but it is a nightmare to set up and use.
It usually takes 2-3 minutes to load all incoming orders. It lacks filters and the option to sort orders from Old>New.
Also, you always have to create labels through the Sendcloud app. Why not simply create labels directly via Shopify by selecting orders and via further actions -> (Sendcloud).
All in all, you should think carefully about how much money you want to spend on this app. The features would be there, but the implementation and extremely slow use justify a maximum monthly price of $30 in my opinion. After all, the app costs me 2-3 minutes per time per label creation. If you now also extrapolate that to the month (x salary of employees etc.) ...
I hope the app will be fundamentally revised soon, otherwise we will have to look for an alternative.
Service client très très long. 4 à 5 jours pour donner une réponse (pour de la logistique c'est trop long). L'account manager n'est plus disponible dès la 1ere minute après l'installation. Personne ne répond jamais au chat ou sinon en attendant parfois 1h environ.
Really a tool for beginners. Integration lacks import approximately once a week, so you need to reconnect your store and constantly keep track of orders being imported. The filtering options are very "standardized" and you cannot create a manual order with order-lines within the system (only manual label) i.e. for spare-parts etc. API integration with google sheets OK. You are unable to pause an order in case an address is wrong, or for some other reason an order must go on pause. System is really made for those who run and ship by themselves and not for bigger organizations where there can be a lot of going back and forth with orders. Please note if you delete an order it will keep being pushed into the system unless it is deleted in shopify.
Seeehr buggy, öfters mal langsam oder irgendwelche Schnittstellen Fehler. Funktioniert meistens gut, funktionell einfach zu bedienen aber der Support ist eine Katastrophe darum nur 2 Sterne. Tickets werden einfach ignoriert, Grundlegende Funktionen teilweise fehlerhaft wie z.B. die Zollerklärung der PostAT funktioniert nicht.
Hatte dort einen Mailkontakt am Anfang, die Dame scheint aber gekündigt zu haben.
Nervige Fehler:
Manchmal springt es auf einen random Versandtarif beim speichern der Sendung.
Für GLS manchmal Gewicht zu gering, springt automatisch auf DHL Express.
Automatisierung unmöglich, suche bereits eine Alternative.
Solution moyenne, que nous ne recommandons pas pour la France : des bugs importants et des remontées de données limitées. Préférez une autre solution plus UX centric pour vos clients, ils en seront ravis !
Geweldige App. Werkt super simpel en de service is altijd top en snel. Ook de tarieven zijn goed. Dikke aanrader!

This is a dream addition for small starter shops like us. Takes away the hassle of the shipment part. All order info from the store is taken into the SendCloud panel. No double typing. Great customer support.
Een heel fijne plugin om het verzenden van pakketjes nog makkelijker te maken. SendCloud zelf ben ik ook erg tevreden over! Goede prijzen en een top service!
Super easy to integrate and great customer service
Very useful app that helps us save a lot of time and also enables us to not only use different shipping companies but also benefit from very good shipping rates. The entire process from receiving an order to printing the shipping label now only takes a few clicks and is a lot more efficient than before. Furthermore the customer service is very helpful and input/feedback is integrated in the product quickly. All in all we are very happy with Sendcloud and recommend without hesitation.

Really recommended for sending packages in the Benelux and Europe.
Just auto print your orders, put the label on the package, drop it off at your delivery station and you are done.

We used to work with the Belgium BPost shippingmanager but thanks to the SendCloud app we are now able to convert orders into BPost approved labels in no time. The app works great and offers a clear overview. There are no contracts needed, no hidden cost and it saves a a lot of time... Thank you SendCloud!
We're over the moon about this app! We can easily send via DPD & bpost and all it takes is one click to import all the data. No more typing, or copy-pasting. Our work became so much easier, thank you SendCloud!
This is the app every webshop in the Benelux need to install. Before SendCloud we had to copy/paste each order into our DPD and PostNL platform to generate labels. With SendCloud this became an automatic process. In just 5 seconds we managed to have a label printed. Even with our logo on it. They also offer much better prices than the traditional carriers. Also big thanks to Yuri and Tessy for the great support!
