Since the new release april 20, 2017, all orders before March 22nd, 2017 cannot be imported any more. This is done without any message, email or whatever to the client.
Had Sendcloud since april 2016, we where working fine with them.
But now it is chaos.
There customer service is not capable to understand the problem of me as a client. Had to ask for an involved person. Very slow and frustrating process with them at the moment.
There is also no support for the UPS commercial invoice.
Have contacted them about this. But they cannot help me.
Have to look for another app.
I love Sendcloud. Integration is done with a few clicks. After receiving an order the label is almost instantly at Sendcloud - just print it and that's it. Couldn't be easier!
Very user-friendly, well-arranged and good links with my shopify store. You are immediately familiar with it. Recommended!!!
This is a dream addition for small starter shops like us. Takes away the hassle of the shipment part. All order info from the store is taken into the SendCloud panel. No double typing. Great customer support.
I like the sendcloud app A LOT.
For me it is a LIVE SAVER: it is so easy in use, very very happy that this exists! And when I have a question there is always somebody of the SendCloud team to help.
We are very happy with Sendcloud. It spares us a lot of work. The hotline and the support are very professional and answer very quickly. Would recommend to every merchant in Europe, especially in Germany.
Excelent ! A very good solution to save time in the process of printing Shipping Labels and Track & Trace parcels. (2018) Today again problems with the integration.
Orders are not synchronizing from Sendcloud to Shopify.
I need to spend now all day checking which orders I send and which I didn't send.
Sendcloud does't send Shopify the information that my orders were fulfilled.
Also asked for some king of compensation but nothing seems to happened.

Die Preise wurden nun wieder erhöht. Inzwischen die 3. Preiserhöhung für den Versand. Ich glaube jetzt wirds Zeit für eine Alternative, leider.

Super! Super Kundenservice (Vanessa kümmert sich immer extrem gut), Sehr einfache Bedienung. Spart Zeit und Geld. Wäre super, wenn ihr eure Standard Versandpreis bei mehr versenden und bei Größe des Pakets, anpassen könntet
We gebruiken SendCloud om onze pakketjes te versturen. Zeer tevreden van. Bespaart ons telkens minstens 10 minuten en bij problemen is er steeds een persoonlijk contact die de zaken enorm snel kan rechtzetten. Zeer tevreden van!
I was surprised with the great level of optimization this app have with my orders in Shopify, that makes my shipping faster and quicker. Easy, intuitive and great shipping rates.
