Sendcloud didn't to fix a bug on their side that kept us from creating shipments because they were "busy rolling out new markets". It's sad because it's a good software and we really wanted to make it work. Finally, we decided to switch to another provider that is focussed on a working product (hopefully). Before signing the contract, make sure everything really really works. Their support takes very long to respond (up to 3 weeks).

Handige tool voor webpakketjes verzending. Mag nog iets meer pro activiteit bijv over tarieven - automatisch aangepast? Tool die zegt - nog zoveel extra verzendingen per maand dan betere tarieven oid. Klachtenprocedure als pakketje vermist wordt is online nog niet handig genoeg.

Primero, el soporte es una autentica maravilla. Responden rapidísimo y dan soluciones. Segundo, la web va rapidísima y es fácil, clara y directa. Tercero, se integra genial a Shopify y ha sido literal mi salvación con el dolor de cabeza de los envíos a la hora de lanzar mi e-commerce. Contentisima.

The app works fine. But several packages have been lost or delayed. They promise that the companies they work with deliver within 24 hours, but this never happened. The problem with this service is, that when a package gets lost or delayed, its unclear where to go. DHL or DPD say you are not their client, Sendcloud should handle it. But that doesn't happen. As soon as you work with Sendcloud you are lost. No one is accountable. You choose for Sendcloud to work more effieciently, but you end up with a big annoying hassle. As if you are dealing with a state-owned company in 1980.

Cheap and works perfect. Good application te creat labels and ship packages wherever you want. Would recommend this to other webshops.

Very satisfied with Sendcloud & their costumer service! Only downside is that we do not have the option to fully customize our emails according to a certain signature style. Other than that, the perfect app for shipping!

Like a couple of other reviews, when a parcel is lost, Sendcloud do not refund you. Even though your contract and relationship is with Sendcloud, Sendcloud does not take financial responsibility. Sendcloud should refund customers like I do. I don't make my customers wait for a direct refund from my suppliers, so why should Sendcloud treat me this way? Passing the financial buck onto another company that I do not have a contract with is not good business practise in my opinion. I have transferred 95% of my business to a direct service with DHL now. I have been waiting several weeks for my DPD refund.

What can I say, a shipping tool that does not give accurate shipping prices for shipping destinations (leading to higher charges later and unknown at the time of sending). You better not have to send multiple packages for a single order to a destination where customs are charged. Dimensional weight? Not a thing in this app. If you only send small, single packages per order, it might work well for you, but it just lacks a lot of functions that I would expect from a shipping app.
