We have been working with SendCloud for over 5 years and were initially very satisfied. In the past, there was always a dedicated contact person, and any minor issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. However, things have drastically changed. Nowadays, it feels like there’s no one who truly knows your case or is available to help. The software struggles to keep up with Shopify updates, leading to recurring problems that they seem unable to fix. Support tickets are often ignored, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated. For the price they charge, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.
If you try to activate your own contracts it does not work. After contacting their CS and its been more than a month that they have not solved the fact I can activate my own UPS contract, and they gently told me that its a me problem, no clear guideline of when the issue will be solved....
Customer care agent was kind, and I feel sorry that she has to deal with a product that is clearly not ready for mass adoption.
If you ship anywhere else than the European Union this products is clearly not for you...

L'application marcher super bien, le service est qualitatif et réactif.
Alors pourquoi 3 étoiles ?
Le service mensuel est passé en l'espace de 1 an et demi de 40 euros à 133 euros pour plus ou moins le même nombre d'envois et les mêmes services. Je trouve cela affligeant, des augmentations cela est "normal" mais a ce point c'est prendre ses clients pour des vaches à lait. Je réfléchis de plus en plus a trouver un autre service similaire et moins chère.
(nous avons notre propre contrat, 133 euros étant juste le prix abonnement + les fameux nouveaux 10cts par étiquette de frais qu'ils ont inventés)

Tevreden over sendcloud. Scheelt veel tijd, direct betere prijzen bij verzending. Had wat vragen met zelf een verzendcontract toevoegen en hele fijne support gekregen van Sedcloud!
Top app dat ik combineer met shopify. Alles verloopt zeer vlot en alles is mooi op te volgen zowel via de sendcloud pagina als via de shopify pagina. Ik zou iedereen aanraden om deze app te gebruiken wanneer je tijd, geld en frustraties wilt besparen.
ps: de hulplijnen zijn ook een hele grote meerwaarde! zeer vlot en altijd zeer snel geholpen!
Je paye un service annuel et cela fait déjà 3 mois que le système ne fonctionne pas depuis la mise à jour Shopify. Le service client à beau être sympa et "réactif" cela ne change rien. S'il vous plaît
