Sendcloud | Shipping Platform

Platform and integration are reliable, the customer service is prompt. The colab with the insurance with Xcover is great, simple and efficient when a package goes missing. Of course the sending rates are expensive but all postage is these days!

Sehr gute App und sehr netter Support, der wirklich gut erreichbar ist auch telefonisch. Funktioniert bei mir einwandfrei mit Shopify und eigenen Verträgen mit DPD, Austrian Post, DHL Express.

Llevo varios años con Sendcloud integrado a mi tienda Shopify y nunca he tenido ningún problema. Se integra facil, los datos del cliente pasan muy bien, se puede cambiar las dimensiones y pesos de los paquetes facilmente, la impresora térmica facil de configurar.
Lo recomiendo.

De l'envoi, à la réception des commandes pour nos clients, jusqu'aux éventuels retours, Sendcloud nous permet de gérer les process de manière fluide et automatique, au niveau national et international.

Les clients peuvent suivre leur commande facilement grâce aux differents e-mails de suivi.

Je ne peux que recommander Sendcloud, pour tout type d'envoi !

Sendcloud is de hoeksteen van mijn Shopify-webshops: dankzij hen kan ik met een simpele toggle nieuwe vervoerders aanbieden aan mijn klanten, en bij elke bestelling verlies ik geen tijd door manueel labels aan te maken: alle data vloeit mooi over van Shopify naar Sendcloud.

Nicely integrated, easy to use shipping an returns solution. We're using Sendcloud wiht both own carrier contracts as well as Sendcloud rates for specific carriers, which are also very competitive. The seamless integration with Shopify along with the automations save us a lot of time and resources. Lots of customization options as well - a really recommendable tool!
