Paying for a simple tool to sync from Shopify to SendGrid (which we already pay for with the pro subscription) is a rip-off, if we add that this tool has a terrible user experience interface with limited features it's a disgrace.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We’re a small independent team and charge a small fee to cover development and server costs. A free plan is also available for growing stores. Thanks for your feedback!
