Definitely an APP we recommend 100% Excellent platform, they help you with all the migration and integration, have a 24/7 support and great analytic data. It's a pleasure working with them!!
App doesn't track metrics correctly. The beacon fails regularly and customer service is no help. The reporting dashboard is basically worthless as its not reporting metrics correctly on the sends. I can see on my pixel orders from Sendlane email referrers, but dashboard in Sendlane says $0 in revenue.
We worked with Sendlane for a year and it was not a good experience. Their sales team will over-promise and the rest will under-deliver. Constant bugs in their system, lack of communication, and they don't have a white-glove service that they say they have. Avoid SMS at all costs. They are not setup for SMS.
Switching from our previous providers to Sendlane cost us at least an extra 20K in revenue and hurt our customer retention. Sendlane is all hype and no follow through.

Sendlane has been great to work with. We switched over from Klaviyo and not only is Sendlane half the price the customer service is also 10 times better. They are still a relatively new e-mail marketing service so there are some hiccups here and there but the team is fast to fix them. They take your feedback seriously and work with you to fix issues. I would highly recommend you give them a try.

The ease of integration with Shopify and other third party apps is unmatched! We are able to instantly leverage all customer data and create high converting campaigns. Having so many ecommerce centric features has been the biggest gamechanger for our email channel

If you're not on Sendlane you're overpaying for email & sms marketing. We'll do $10M this year with them as a partner. Their CEO does not sleep and is on around the clock. A+++ vouch

Very poor support, we just started to work with app and information given us by support and product support manager was different. F.e. once you have account with your email, its not possible to get user role for other account (even if the previous account was deleted). Product manager told us it was possible, support on chat told us its not possible because it is the way how their system works.
We just recently migrated over to Sendlane and the experience has been incredible. From onboarding to execution; Sendlane's team has been above and beyond. From IT to a PM to the CEO - anyone and everyone to assist. 30 days in; satisfied.
We have been using this tool for 3 months, managing over 15 shops. Apart from the issue that pre-scheduled campaigns are not sent at the scheduled time and need to be manually dispatched, we were charged twice in the last month. Following the double billing, our account was unexpectedly archived without prior notice, and we received the message 'Your Sendlane account is no longer restorable as it is archived.
