We absolutely adore this App! More than 75% of our products are digital, and we've used it now for nearly 2 years. We've been so pleased with it's performance. We've had only a couple of issues, and once brought to the makers attention, were addressed lightning fast!!! Excellent customer service. We'll be users of this App for good!

At this point we only sell digital products, so we really needed the SendOwl integration. We've been using SendOwl for a few years now on another site and it has been the easiest platform by far, so I was thrilled to see that it was available within Shopify. If you are looking for an incredible platform for delivery of your digital products your search stops here. This is by far the best on shopify especially if you have many digital products. Other apps force you to upload the files to their servers whereas sendowl lets you host the files on your own server. This will save you a lot of money since you would otherwise be forced to pay a premium for the storage space. Their customer service is the top notch. I reported a bug and they fixed it within a day!

We sell film downloads and SendOwl has cut our customer service down to next to nothing. Best app we've used for digital delivery by far. Customer support has been amazing. Paul replies really fast and is always helpful.

This app is awesome. Once you set it up you don't have to worry about it. The customer service is unlike any you can imagine nowadays. If you ask a question it is almost immediately answered by someone who knows what they are talking about. Simply outstanding!

Does exactly what it says on the tin and does it very well. Support is responsive and superb. We had a tiny niggle when we first set up and they had it fixed in 24 hours.
