SendOwl and Shopify are perfect partners, and the perfect solution for making large (or small) downloadables available.

I was using a different Digital File Delivery App for around 12 months before switching to SendOwl.
The switch cost me around $5 more per month, but the additional features it gave me was incredible. It's a very versatile App, very reliable, and extremely professional. You can customize the file download page which is awesome, and the ability to assign License Keys is also a big plus for me.

We've been using SendOwl to deliver activation numbers to downloaded software bought on our shopify store. We've sold over 100 since starting 2 months ago and delivery has been seamless and perfect. Every order from shopify has been fulfilled instantly by SendOwl. Great app! And when I had questions when originally installing, the SendOwl team was very responsive and helpful. I have very much enjoyed using SendOwl. It's been an app that has given me 0 issues. I understand with technology sometimes servers are going to go do for whatever reason, and SendOwl is always incredibly quick to get things working again the few times it has happened over the last 4 years. Very happy with this app, their customer service, and pricing. I will continue to use this app for my website!

Works smoothly and allows us to bundle products together easily for specific variants on Shopify. I also love that:
- You can delivery in various formats, from redirect link to file upload to drip, to a service.
- through SendOwl we can send product updates to all our customers.
- when you process a refund on Shopify it automatically locks file access as well on SendOwl (but you can undo that if customer still needs access)
- able to set up a link to the downloads page from all the customer touch points, like thank you page, order page, and order confirmation email.

Amazingly easy and reliable. We use it for selling digital downloads as well as limited-time access to video streaming.

This app is by far the best for digital delivery. We switched from one of the other app options and our support requests for download link problems went down to zero on the first day and none since! Support has been amazing! Highly recommended.
