Great app, love that there are tons of templates to choose from that are relevant (Halloween, Black Friday, Christmas, etc). Also very doable price compared to competitor apps, which charge based on traffic.

Great App...we have made a lot of money using it over the past 6 months!

I just started using this app, but so far my impression is that it offers a lot of tools that will prove valuable as I build up the business.
I also want to mention that the customer service/support team is very professional, knowledgeable and responsive - specifically Sarahy and Nallely (thank you to you both). I plan on checking in with them as I learn how to use the app more.

I wanted to let this run for some time before reviewing so i could give a far more fair review.
I am absolutely pleased with the APP and how it works.
I'll be fair, there have been one or two times it seems to have missed an email, however support is SUPER QUICK to reply and sort things out.
The email editor is easy to use and make look nice, the setting tabs are easy to work through and configure.
So far this $8 (I mean come on, that's what? the price of lunch?) a month APP has paid for it's self more then 20 times since installment.

Awesome app. This is a great app that every store owner should have. What is more, the price is very reasonable. You do not have to baby sit the app. you set it up once and it goes to work. I set it up in such a way to send me an email whenever it emails a potential customer who abandons their cart. That way I can keep track. We have recovered many abandoned cart due to this app. Its importance cannot be over emphasized!

They have the best customer service and the most timely feedback. I think it is the most cost-effective one of the same types of Apps I have used.
