The app is really bad, I didn't find the automation of the ABANDONED cart, however I sought help from the support team but they didn't even look at my problem, I sent two emails complaining about my problem but instead of solving it, they were asking me what problem I was having. It's so bad.

The templates offered are great; however, the templates are not easily editable. There's no 'back' button or any way to redo if you were to make a mistake. I wish they would rectify this.
The left and right arrow icons at the top right corner of the email editor allow you to move between different versions of your email editions.
I scheduled a call and they were able to help me very quickly. The service is great.

Excellent email and SMS marketing application! Our company had been utilizing Omnisend for an extended period, but we found it lacking in delivering the weekly and monthly email campaigns we required. Omnisend also fell short on essential features and posed challenges in swiftly setting up campaigns.This platform not only fulfills our automation email and SMS needs but also it has all the features of Omnisend and more. UI is better than Kalviyo. Have some reasonable price plans. Customer support is helpful.
