amazing and easy to work with cc took care of issues asap! they resolved my issue dealing with sms marketing!

I just started using this app and within just a few hours, I can already see it in action and is working! I wish I would have added this a long time ago! I was a little confused in setting it up at first, although now that I have done it, it is rather easy to do. The customer service here is impecable and they helped me out with multiple questions I had. I highly recommend this!

This app is very easy to use and has great pre built layouts to choose from. I would definitely recommend the app to anyone who is looking to improve the back-end of their site i.e cart recovery emails.

I downloaded the app mainly for the welcome and exit pop up, which worked well, but make sure you check the auto email settings, which automatically send without you ticking enable. My customers were being spammed with the auto abandoned cart and checkout emails, complaining they were being spammed and why no was responding to their emails when i didnt even know my store was sending them these auto emails.

Just moved over from Klaviyo and had some problems adjusting as there is not much info available online. But I was able to schedule a call in 30 mins. Got on the call with very knowledgeable and polite Nallely. She was able to help me out with everything. Thanks!

I am just getting started on this app, the customer service receives "high marks" courteous, professional and helpful was my experience. Nallely did an excellent job! Scheduling calls to speak with a "live person" now that's superior customer service!

I spent hours trying to get all of the functionality of the app to work. The exit popups, yes that worked. The emails?......nope. Even though the app indicated it was sending them out, the test cases that I sent to myself never arrived.

The video tutorials aren't particularly helpful. What this app really needs is much much better documentation, perhaps in a detailed pdf format.

Add to that canned responses to some of the questions I asked and that lead me to remove the app and go try something else. Good luck if you can get it to work.

As explained in previous messages, we need the customer's email address to send email automation. We cannot send emails if the customer does not provide an email during the checkout process. Shopify provides detailed documentation about this process :)

They are very responsive and help with every request. Very easy to use and intuitive interface. Their support agent Nallely was excellent and helped me set up very everything from start to finish very quickly!
