Downloaded the app as an alternative to Shopify's baked in functionality. We don't use Gift Cards, so it does not make sense for us to pay $20 extra/month just for the Abandoned Cart feature. This seems like a cost-effective alternative.

I absolutely love this app for whenever I'm starting a new store. It's very versatile and has all the functions needed for a store doing sub 100 orders a day. Thank you so much for making this app :)

i have tried other abandonment apps for our shops. this one is cheaper and better!

ok, that totally worked!!! installed last night, already recovered about 4 orders. VERY happy. that said, i would suggest to the developers that they look into the customization end please. the first, second, third email buttons were a bit buggy, and the CTA button for the cart was really challenging to customize without it just disappearing. that said, i HIGHLY recommend this app. really love the contact us feature as well. definitely a keeper. :)

I am so pleased with their customer service. My issue was fixed within an hour. And overall the app is great!
