I am working with the development team who are helping our company transition from older templates to the new up-graded ones and I am satisfied that we will have a solid working series of abandon cart emails shortly. Good response time. Thank you.
(a few hours later) blew my mind and I'm a tough client - well they over achieved and delivered. Thank you Mr Heyer and your team. We're back in business! Of course we have to get into each of the new templates to make teaks but that's fine and expected.

One of the most important apps to have for customer cart follow-up, and it allows for 3 abandoned cart emails. I don't think Mailchimp has 3.
I use this app and I will never switch on another one. There are 2 reasons:
The app is Perfect!
The customer support? - just WOW - I never had a better experience with other customer support.

Very pleased with the service from Nallely and the programming wizards. Proper phone calls so we didn't have to mess about playing email ping pong. I have great pop ups now. The other thing I love, is.. it is easy to edit the templates and stick your own text and colours in, really great.
