So far, so good, easy to install and modify content and all testing has gone well. I will update with another review following some saved sales hopefully!

EDIT : The team was great at fixing the issue with analytics not loading only on multiple reloads. Although it will still happen occasionally but not as often as before after they attempted to fix the data loading. I would recommend this app for someone who is just starting email remarketing and automation as it has provided me to recover revenue

I've been using this app since 2016 with no issues. However, the new update was messy and some stuff is not working. I will wait for the full update to take effect before updating my review

EDIT : the app is really buggy, I expect better if I am paying for a plan, the data will not load, you will need to keep refilter and sometimes it wont even load, this always happens and is annoying. You can never load the data on the first try you will need to keep reapplying it again and again and again until you can see it.

Email and SMS logs are located at the top of the home dashboard and in the Billing and Usage section.

Brilliant app. Add an exit offer before they leave and this will be 6 stars!

Edited to add: Customer support has been great. Definitely an app to keep your eyes on, and a potential category killer combining key functionality of an easy-to-use CRM and abandonment app.
