When we uninstalled this application it left a problem on our website regarding "multiple title tags on the page". This issue caused us a lot of trouble and affected the running of Google Ads. It shouldn't happen like this! Thumbs down!

Regarding your concern, the multiple meta tags issue happens when you have more than 1 set of meta tags in your theme code. To fix this, you would want to check your theme to see where the meta tags derive from and then remove the excessive one. Our technical team can always help you do so, and we are only a live message away.
Also, we haven't seen any case that multiple meta tags could affect Google Ads operation. Therefore, we have sent you a follow-up email regarding this matter. Could you kindly check it out on your end and then get back to us?

It's a Useless / Timepass App. They are giving us those facilities which we already have in Shopify. They said the Free plan has limitations, but they have nothing extra that can help our SEO results. Also, they have limitations on their paid plans too. So overall this app is useless.

So disappointing!
We have weglot installed to translate our website into multiple languages. We explained this to multiple agents at SEO booster & ranking who reassured us that this was okay and SEO Booster & Speed would help us rank in other languages. We are a english business based in Spain. Our website is built in english and I explained the importance of us being found on seo for our multiple languages (primarily spanish). We have now been told that SEO Booster & Speed doesn't support multiple languages. I have been paying ¢79 a month for months and seen absolutely no improvements... not even to the english version of our site. I've updated EVERYTHING that they suggested within the app. I wish I had spent the money on an SEO expert. Also, we changed our url months ago and this hasn't even updated on the app (even though I contacted support and asked if I needed to do anything and was assured it would automatically update from shopify). Do not waste your money. Get a specialist involved!

1/ About your new domain, we checked and updated them in Today SEO report in the app, please check and let me know then.
2/ Our supporter didn't clarify to you properly of how Search Pie app supports multi-language stores in SEO, we're so sorry about that. As an SEO app, our codes are optimized for the translation app (like Weglot) to help you translate SEO elements in English you set up via our app (like meta tags, Alt tags, etc.) to other languages. In addition, our app has other features to support multi-language stores.
3/ Your Spanish pages are actually indexed successfully on Google already, but they are not in the top rankings and pages now. If you search the keyword only, it will be difficult to find your store immediately on the first pages of Google search. I would recommend you include your domain when searching to see your Spanish pages.

When I needed help the employee was great. But now that I've paid full price the app doesn't work at all. I'll be getting a refund on this. Buyer beware.

The product title or any word of product title is keyword. When I add the product title or any word of product title to Keyword Audit window it shows that Keyword is not in URL Handle. This should not be and this is the worst mistake of your application. Your application needs improvement.

This app over-rode our existing alt text without any warning. If you have already done work with your alt text, I would not use this app. Buyer Beware!

I just realized that this app that I pay $80 a month for hasn't been submitting my sitemap to Google for weeks now. WEEKS!! Then when I contact them about it, they are going to say I can manually submit it. WHY!! when I'm paying $80 per month for this app to do it. They advertise instance indexing. BS! You are going to have to wait 3 months like with every other SEO app. They are charging $300 for a speed service they can't provide. I'm going back to my old SEO app that's more helpful and costs a lot less.

As you might be aware that sitemaps are crawled by Shopify, though our app already help it submitted for you already, your Sitemap seemed too large for Google to update it all yet. Regarding the Speed service, after carefully investigating your site seeing that there are too many third-party codes which we shouldn't interfere for the sake of your site's structure, we have quickly notified and fully refunded for you.

Have used the app for app 2 months, and my SEO is worse than ever, so am deleting it now. Initially the help was 5 star quality, however, upon leaving a review, which you are asked for daily upon signing up, the service level drops significantly, even on the paid plan

This is a disappointing app. This app didn't help improve SEO. What's more, I had a bad experince by their customer service. When we uninstall the app, title tag and meta description were caused problem. We asked them to fix them, but they deleted title tag and meta description from all pages of our site. They did not notice that even though we emailed a couple of times. We emailed them to fix the code, but they did not response. They did not notice the problem caused by them. I had to fix the code broken by them. It's a bad experience.
