I highly recommend the app. Easy to install and setup. Wendy from support was also extremely helpful and patient.
I just installed the free version and got a lot of help from Krystal utilizing all of the free options. Very helpful, more than most I have used. I probably will upgrade in the future to take advantage of the rest of their site optimizations.
Wendy was very quick to address my concerns. The app is easy to set up and seems to be able to support many SEO measures. I've just started using it, so I don't know how effective it is yet, but it looks like I'll be able to work with the person in charge.
At first, I thought there was just a robot as chat support, but Linda was very helpful in setting up all the important parts of the app.
