I gave this app a 3 star for now because I have not been able to really experience the site as I want to. Will update as I explore further.
Hi, did you have a chance to explore it further? We released a massive update last week and it now includes at least 6 new tools and over a hundred new options. We spent over 1000 hours on this latest version. I hope we can earn at least 4-5 stars from you, cheers!
Works great, really helps improve site rankings
I used this app to do seo optimization. I like this app because it is simple to use, self explanatory and does what it says its going to do. It would be nice if the free section was able to opitimize all their pictures at once without having to pay a fee, but its good that I can still do it even if its only one picture at a time. Great app!
Hi thanks for the review! Have you tried out the latest version? Lots of new tools and options have been added. We still have a limit of 1 product optimization at a time for free users, since we need to generate revenue, but we've added lots of new, free options (including the SCAN SHOP). App is incredibly useful - even for a large established store like ours. We saved hundreds of man hours exporting tens of thousands of original product photos to Dropbox. There was a glitch with the UI, which their support team fixed in 1-2 days. Excellent product & excellent support!
FACT REMAINS!!! THIS WAS NOT UNINSTALLED IN THE "MIDDLE" OF A BILLING CYCLE!!
THIS APP WAS INSTALLED BY US AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE AND WE WERE BILLED ACCORDINGLY EACH MONTH, BUT WHEN IT CAME TO UNINSTALLING THE APP ON THE 1ST OF FEBRUARY, THEY STILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND!! BILLING CYCLE RUNS FROM THE 22ND TO THE 21ST OF EACH MONTH (DO THE MATH!!) I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND "PAYING" FOR THIS APP BECAUSE WHEN IT COMES TO SUPPORT AND RESPONSE THEY ARE RUDE IN THE FIRST PLACE AND SECONDLY REFUSE TO REFUND!! JUST A WARNING TO FUTURE USERS!!
Hi, when you uninstall the app in the middle of a billing cycle you will receive a final bill for the last billing cycle. This is normal practice. When our customers approach us via Live Chat with civility and dignity, we can usually make some exceptions :)
This is the best app it helped me alot and its so gets the work done fast and and affordable price
