I used this app to help my SEO and its user-friendliness of it is amazing! It is almost one-click steps which is amazing for someone who does not have much knowledge of SEO.
Everything seems to be working well, but these constant compulsions to leave feedback have spoiled the whole picture.
Best photo optimizing app on the market. Saved me tons of time editing and manicuring the seo for my images.
blocking me from accessing the apps that the customer service center is handling is another stupid move that proves my point,

Rude Customer services call center, obviously, it was a mistake to download the app in the first place thinking it would help remove the watermarks.
Hi, I believe you signed up for a membership with a different app of ours after leaving a negative review on this app (along with some other apps of ours). Our customer support is instructed temporarily block any aggressive and rude users. In any case, I think there was some mistake here, because this app was not part of the original issue, and in the end you got the membership you wanted!
I think this is great App. Just started to using and sure more reviews on the way to come.
Amazing tool to help with SEO! User-friendly, especially the bulk editing feature. People with zero knowledge of SEO can easily use this one without any problem! Recommended!

The compression on my photos made them smaller and random sizes. Not very happy about this, also their support says they get back in a few days?????
Hi we provide support within 24 hours. Usually, within a few hours maximum, depending on time zone differences. We have addressed this with you, and you had selected an incorrect resize setting. You should select our Square Fill setting that would make your photos all square and properly aligned. This is an easy fix, you just need to change the setting and press Update All.
