We had the app for years. In comparing with another store we have without this app, I didn't notice any uptick in benefit on Google. But then they changed something and as a result our images were not appearing on our scheduled emails. I believe it is because they changed optimization until after the online channel published vs. scheduled. And there is a nightly report at 1 am saying they updated our theme. But despite asking for their help 3 times to correct it, sending screen shots, explaining in depth the problem, all I got back is we don't understand. Zero help. (and not the the email address I requested either). I really tried to work with them, but they showed they both don't understand the business or are willing to help.
Sorry to see you leave after being a paid member for years. We are always ready to solve merchant issues, however in this case we were unable to understand the actual issue, even after some back and forth. Rude service. The app works well the way they store metafields is crazy. The app is polluting the metafields namespaces, and if you use them extensively as we do then it is a problem.
The app creates many namespaces with a code a name and store inside a json.
metafields.seoimager.12356495 where I suppose the code is a identifier for the product or something similar. They could simply store the code inside the same json or use a new namespace for that, and have only one or max 2 metafields instead of hundreds
Everything seems to be working well, but these constant compulsions to leave feedback have spoiled the whole picture.

It updates all hundreds or thousands of your products at once and if it's mistake then you have to fix one by one. Does not let you update on group base or collection base.
SEO King has really improved the traffic to my website. The results were plain after the first day I used the service.

This app is by far one of the best I've found in helping me out with the coding aspect of managing an e-commerce store. I had no clue it was that time consuming or layered like it is. I had a few issues so opted for the Pro Support in this app. When I tell you Jason went above and beyond regular customer service it would be an understatement. Constant communication, fixed issues that I didn't know I had as was very upfront and honest. Which I appreciate. 5 stars. I'm keeping my subscription. Well worth the money you will put in.

Hi, your site has a 17MB video in the banner. This is causing the issue. It has nothing to do with SEO King. SEO King is designed to let users manage their own optimizations. You can control all the settings and make the changes you want. It cannot compress videos, nor does it state that it can. You shouldn't leave 1-star reviews for features that are aren't provided. I also sent you a report that shows this issue precisely.
The developers and support here are totally unprofessional, i Integrate this app and waist my time , my effort, an also money, they only wait for the application to be paid and don't provide any kind of help. Their applications are so complicated that they can't even manage them. So, avoid using this application and save your hard-earned money. The rest is up to you.

Not happy. Do not use this app. This app changed all my product URLs and my website got disapproved in the merchant center. They use the Black Hat SEO strategy to show you good results which is bad for the long term.

SEO King has many features that can be activated and merchants should always be cautious when activating certain features such as URL rewriting. We did not receive any support requests from your shop, and we may have been able to provide a rapid solution if the issue was identified by our staff. Finally, an app that is going to help me progress in business. I only just started to use the app and set it up and it is already helping with my SEO and other parts such as image compression etc. I have already taken the plunge and joined the monthly subscription as I am very impressed with the app in general. Only time will tell how it does as I am a new store but if how it is is anything to go by, this app is going to be the best purchase to date. Keep up the good work x

Sehr unübersichtliches und überladenes App. An jedem Punkt und Stelle sind Tarife und FAQs eingeblendet, anstatt diese separat unter bestimmten Tab zu platzieren wie es z.B. SMART SEO machte. Im Tarif FREE sollten alles Funktionen für die Bildoptimierung vorhanden sein, wenn man jedes einzelne Bild manuell bearbeiten möchte. Stattdessen ist diese Funktion nur für zahlungspflichtige Tarife verfügbar, sodass man keine Möglichkeit hat diese Funktion konstenfrei zu testen. 2 Sterne gebe ich nur für die Funktionen, die gehen, alle anderen Funktionen konnte ich einfach nicht finden, ist alles miteinander vermischt. Also furchtbar.
SEO King has the best features and is very easy to use its tools. Further, it is economical in price when compared with many other applications in the market. I highly recommend this application to introduce new users.

Was Supposed to be on the Free Plan, used the app less than 11 days and uninstalled app. Suprised to see a $69.99 Shopify Bill, that was being declined by my card(why I was on the Free Plan) and Shopify was threatening to restrict access to my store because of it. So, I contacted billing@ for the app and explained the issue. I was given a $60 credit towards the $70 bill for one months usage (11 Days) of a FREE PLAN! Lol $10 I couldn't really spare but had to in order to keep my store from being restricted.

You purchased the plan, used the app to optimize your store many times, and then asked for a refund mid month. Of course we will charge you for at least a month usage - we don't provide prorated refunds. In fact, we were under no obligation to refund you at all as it was past our 72 hour policy. We refunded you kindly, and you decided to leave this review and accuse us of having done something wrong. Outrageous!
The first impression of the application is the most positive!! Everything is intuitive, a lot of tools for optimizing the site, user-friendly interface, it's a pleasure to use! After inspecting the application and reading the reviews of other users, I immediately purchased a paid subscription and after using it for several days, I can safely say that I am very pleased with the result of the work done!
