I fell for it, installed the free trial, and now I'm being charged US$359.94 without being informed. I'd just like to contact someone to cancel it because I'm not using it. Thank you.

I had an unexpected problem with a charge of US$359.94 and contacted SEOWILL support. I was assisted by Jenny, who was extremely attentive, polite, and professional.
She personally followed up on my case, prioritized my request, and managed to resolve the problem quickly, issuing a full credit for the amount.
I was very satisfied with how my case was handled. I especially thank Jenny for her attention, patience, and excellent support.

is not for free. i have paid 200$ in 1 day. I have contacted the team support by chat and request got full refund
Its a very easy to use app and since using it I have noticed our traffic increase and its so easy to create blogs each month.
Who loves an app who tells you what the heck is going on and how to do it ? I do! Clean interface and very intuitive app. Can't wait until we have it in the budget to get off the free plan. Hopefully you guys can send us a free yr or a couple months to allow the use of this app : D to help us generate compliance, traffic and then sales. Which we know it will, things are already trending upwards.
Great app with top-notch technical support! I had issues with duplicate meta tags from previous apps, and their team helped me resolve the conflict immediately. Very intuitive interface and powerful features. 5 stars for the support and the results so far!

SEOWILL seems to generally work well and help my shop's SEO. One issue I see is that MPN do not seem right. It seems to pull EAN/UPC info and put it as MPN while MPNs are declared differently / have different values. I would be glad about some feedback.
WARNING!! I Tried the free trial. Too many changes were done automatically by them at one time. This triggered a suspension from Google Merchant within 24 hours. BEWARE!!!!!

According to our technical logs, these automated tasks were not initiated or executed during your trial period. Support is great but the AI tool is crap and does so many mistakes it is more than enjoying, it gives a headache!
It also says things that need to be fixed when it's not needed at all. One thing in particular it does not well is SEO. It says there are SEO that needs to be implemented when it is the wrong words etc. etc.
It can't read images correctly with colors nor text and logos in images. This is crap in my opinion.
The AI needs to be programmed better and this is the common thing with AI tools, they can't be trusted because they can only do so much, what there program lets them todo and manage. If it is a poor programming, the AI is crap. This is crap.
It did several things well but overall, it gave me more headache than help. Wait to use until the have sorted all the bugs.
I made technical support find several bugs that they had to fix in the short time of 4 months, that I'd used it.

In particular, the keyword analysis and SEO recommendation features you mentioned are currently being actively reviewed and improved. The development team is targeting further optimizations by the end of this month so that the recommendations can be more accurate and useful for merchants.
