Seriously. I am able to do more with SEO with this app for the monthly cost, than i ever could hiring a company. It has improved my product listings, and guided me through lining up my products with best practice SEO rules. It is a mistake not to use this app. They also take customer feedback in the development of the app, so as they continue to make improvements, it is always customer driven, which makes for a very functional app

I’ve been using SEO ANT to help optimize my Shopify store, and while the app itself is powerful, what really impressed me was their tech support.

When I ran into a few issues—specifically with getting my H tags set up correctly I reached out to their support team. Not only did they respond quickly, but they actually took the time to understand my issue rather than just sending a generic reply.

They provided step-by-step guidance, screenshots, and even offered to jump into my store (with my permission) to make the necessary adjustments. What really stood out was their patience and willingness to go the extra mile. Tech support didn’t just fix the issue—they explained what happened and how to avoid similar problems in the future.

If you’re using SEO ANT and worried about hitting a wall with technical stuff, don’t be. Their support is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. In a world full of apps with cookie-cutter responses, SEO ANT’s team stands out.

For a newbie to all things SEO, SEOAnt really brings to light the things I simply don't have the time or patience to dive deep into. Things like Alt Text, sizing and so much more - have been extremely helpful in me working to get my site seriously optimized.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience using the SEOAnt AI SEO app. I initially chose the free plan expecting a smooth and transparent trial, but after the free period ended, I was surprised by repeated attempts to trigger a paid subscription without any clear or explicit notification. What’s worse is that the app attempted to activate a recurring charge automatically even though I never approved it, and I had to dig through my activity log to prove that I had never accepted any paid plan.

This behavior is frustrating and highly unprofessional, especially since the app interface did not clearly communicate the exact trial expiry date or how to properly cancel before any billing took place. I feel that the app’s policy is not transparent enough toward merchants, which could cause unjustified financial losses if store owners do not monitor every detail manually.

Therefore, I strongly advise any merchant to monitor their app activity logs very closely and take screenshots of all billing events before their free trial ends, because this app — in my opinion — does not deliver a safe or trustworthy experience as promised. Sadly, I cannot recommend using it at this time until they seriously improve how they communicate subscriptions and notifications in a fair and respectful manner.
