I would ignore the other one-star reviews. We have used this app for just under a year now, and it has been great. Support has been effective in answering questions and clarifying features and use cases.
There is a ton of valuable information provided by the SEON tool to qualify orders, and this information would have otherwise been inaccessible. This tool gives us the confidence to move forward with orders, further verify customers, or outright cancel orders in an industry where fraud is common.

Doesn't work. Nothing will load. Tried a fresh reinstall and even uninstalled another Fraud app incase of conflict and still nothing.

This app was only OK.
it did provide a lot of useful information on the order, but forget about relying on it for useful automated fraud protection is not possible. you still have to babysit it.
It maybe saved us 1-2 chargebacks a month, but it was wrong just as often as it was right
now they raised the price to $600month??
doesnt make sense to pay $600 to save maybe 1or 2 $45 chargeback a month

This is probably the most in-depth fraud protection on Shopify. There is a bit of setup and learning but has been effective in flagging repeat fraudulent customers and past scammers trying to make new accounts.

Love the app. If you understand the chargeback process, this app provide the tools needed to prevent and fight chargebacks. It has more insights on orders necessary to make an informed decision about the order fulfillment process
