SEON Fraud Prevention (Legacy)

Would not recommend. Fraudulent transactions still slip by this app. And they don't insure orders or provide any guarantees, so our business is still on the hook for fraudulent orders and chargebacks. As a result, we were still needing to manually review every transaction, defeating the whole point of needing the app. The app was costing us each month and we were still doing the work the app was meant to do for us.

This app works extremely well and very easy to use!!! The SEON team is very helpful if you have questions or concerns, so glad I found this!!!

Great app, definitely helps you analyse the customers profile and make a more solid decision on whether the order is fraudulent or helps you spot those common fraudulent signals, I use it on both of my stores now as my go to, highly recommend. AAA++++

Cool app, and relatively easy to use considering the complexity of this stuff. It takes a bit of the guesswork out of spotting fraudulent orders, a v useful tool. I had 2 chargebacks due to fraudulent orders (scammers stole people’s credit cards and purchased from my store), so I knew I had to get a fraud detection app. After some testing with other ones, including some that were more expensive than SEON, I finally got SEON and it was the best one. After setting up, everything is automated and I haven’t thought twice about any orders. It’s so easy and it saves so much time.

I wanted a quick and easy way to detect fraudulent orders when the default Shopify algorithm was flagging them. I particularly had one high value order I needed to vet before shipment. Walter on live chat was very helpful, he helped to check an order which was processed prior to the app install and was very efficient in doing so. Overall I would trust the app to detect fraud before orders are processed, and I know that support is available in an instant where required. I wont discuss how in-depth the process is, for security purposes, but it was enough to reassure me.

App was easy to setup and they have great vidoes along with friendly customer support. Haven't had any orders yet, but happy to have the piece of mind!

This app is a game-changer to prevent online fraud. I had many charged-back due to credit card fraud but the SEON app helps to prevent fraud with immediate results. In fact, the customer's service is very good. They are always online to help. I highly recommend the App.
