Very great customer support, and blogging app. Tobias was very fast at fixing our problem.

Whilst rarely get any issues with Avada apps, occasionally I do need a bit of assistance in ensuring the work the way I need. In those cases I'm always delighted how fast and effect the support is! Just now Ricky handled what I needed quickly understanding what I needed and taking action, great service!

I had issue with the system, but Viola was really helpful throughh out the process to fix this issue.

What’s great about Avada is not only the service itself, but also its excellent customer support. No matter what time I ask a question, they respond immediately. Plus, everyone has given me the right answer, and so far, every issue has been resolved. I’d been assisted by Tobias, Ricky, Beeter, Lang, and Penelope, and I’d been completely satisfied with all of them.

As for this blog app, I’m satisfied with the content so far, but since there aren’t many AI-generated images that can be used as-is, I think it would be even better if there were a service in the future that could generate images using our own product photos.
