At first, I was very happy to find this app. Their customer support, which was nice, asked me to leave a review. Without testing the app, I left a 5-star rating. However, once I started testing, I was shocked that this app is even allowed on the Shopify App Store.
Here's the reason why I changed my review:
First, it removes content such as images and numbered lists, messes up any HTML code you have by adding theirs and injecting a line of code at the top which ruins your code, doesn’t save alt texts, and so on. The most important for me was the wiping of content which is unacceptable!
I reported these issues a week ago, asking them to fix them. They told me multiple times that the photo deletion bug was fixed, just to notice it wasn't. I had to reupload those photos every single time and the problem is still there. About 6 times I had to reupload the photos and fix the problems in the Shopify's Default Blog Editor.
If their app was not deleting content I was more than happy to use it. But after multiple videos I've sent, pinpointing proof that the content gets deleted, the issue was still there.
The last drop is when I specifically asked them not to make changes without my permission, yet they did. I never requested a font change in my code—I only asked you to fix the issue causing my blog content to be wiped.
It’s extremely unprofessional to claim a fix has been implemented while I continue to experience content loss, wasted time, and unnecessary stress. I understand this is a free app, but before launching it, test it on your own store instead of risking to ruin other people’s hard work.
EDIT: No, that is not true! We used standard blog editor to reupload the images that were deleted by your app. Additionally, we've granted access to our store and although I requested not to make changes without my approval, you guys went forward and totally disregarded my request. I had to work an entire week to fix the problems you guys have caused and seeing your response, trying to turn things around shows a totally different thing than understanding. Before you launch an app, ensure it works by testing it on your own stores!

After thoroughly reviewing your case, we found that content loss occurred due to editing the blog post simultaneously in both our app and the Shopify Blog Editor, especially when making direct HTML modifications in Shopify’s editor. Editing raw HTML can alter the post’s structure, leading to conflicts when switching between editors.
Additionally, we want to emphasize that our dev team did not modify your font or make any unauthorized changes. Our role was solely to investigate and diagnose the reported issue, and no modifications were made beyond that on the day of investigation.
We understand that you prefer flexibility in design, but our app is primarily focused on content building rather than extensive design customizations. Because of this, manual modifications—especially direct HTML edits—may lead to unexpected conflicts when switching between editors.
To ensure the best experience when using our app, we recommend:
✔ Editing blog content in a single place – Avoid switching between our app and another editor, especially when making HTML modifications.
✔ Using the app or Shopify’s built-in functions without manually altering HTML: This ensures content is stored properly and remains stable.

I was initailly worried whether the support would come back with the solution ..... response and solution was right on THE COMMITTED time.
Writing blog was never so easy. I found it too cumbersome to publish an article on other apps but with SEO on Blog it was excellent and easy .

Update on 21-11-2024
An Issue keeps recurring again and again wherein if an attempt is made to add product links below the blog the whole section renders to create unlimited horizontal scrolling and the worst thing is the whole article I wrote has now gone down the drain. The support chat window shows people to be online and there is no response.
